Field Service Superintendent Engineer (Marine 2-Stroke Engines) (M/W/D)
Join a Team That Solves What Others Can't
Location: Szczecin, Poland Travel: 60–80% worldwide
We are a specialized marine engineering service company delivering high-level technical solutions for 2-stroke main engines and ship machinery worldwide. Our engineers are not just service personnel — they are problem solvers, decision-makers, and trusted advisors operating at the heart of global shipping.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Service Superintendent Engineer with a strong engineering mindset, leadership capability, and hands-on troubleshooting expertise.

- Diagnose and solve critical technical failures under real-world conditions — often independently
- Act as on-site team leader, coordinating technicians and ensuring efficient execution
- Represent the company towards clients, providing technical guidance and decision-making support
- Develop engineering-driven repair strategies, not just execute instructions
- Deliver structured reporting and technical documentation to the highest professional standard
- Travel globally, working in shipyards, ports, and onboard vessels
You will alternate between leading teams on-site for major jobs and operating solo as a specialist troubleshooter in critical situations.
